We were double charged, and never reimbursed for the difference. We were told that we could "promptly" expect a receipt (once we paid via e-transfer) and despite asking a number of times, they refused to give us a receipt.

Oh where do I start. I brought my note 20 ultra there to get the screen fixed. Paid over $600. They changed it to a different color and and didn't even inform me. And the front camera wasn't working. I told them while I was there and they tried to fix it and still didn't and sent me home with an unworking front camera. So much for the warranty. I was told I need to do a factory reset to get it working.
I immediately went to another shop in Edmonton called u break I fix. They checked and told me the front camera was from an s10 and they gave me the correct camera for $50 and now my front camera works. I tried to call ufone in those weeks and couldn't get ahold of them. I'm so irritated with their lack of service.
I finally was able to come to Lloydminster from Edmonton made the whole trip because someone on the phone said they had note 20 ultra screens in stock for somewhere around $300 price. I came in and the tech said they don't have them and that the price was over $400. They also completely disregarded the camera problem saying it was that pervious tech and put the blame on him. The business is responsible regardless.
This place is run by people who absolutely don't care and I look forward to seeing this business fail as it will if customer service and quality doesn't improve.

The technician was efficient and reliable. She had a terrific attitude and was offering quite a fair deal. Truly recommend this place for quick repairs and cell phone service. The jokes and dependability the other staff gave off were comforting as well.
