This is my second purchase with Ulmer’s and it has always been an amazing experience! Todd was helpful and truly amazing, and it all started with me liking a FB post and Todd reaching out! Chris was so personable and friendly. These two are amazing and not once did I ever feel out of place buying a Cadillac. I am truly thankful for Todd and Chris. Thank you!!

We purchased a 2023 CT5 Sport from Lance. He was awesome to deal with. He wasn't pushy, nor did we feel out of place, as we don't look like a couple who would purchase a Cadillac product. Thank-you for the amazing service Lance. The finance department was easy to deal with and worked with us on a Saturday due to my current schedule. The car was treated by Mike and Adam and they did a great job on the coating and tint. We had a rather great experience with this company. Thank you all.

I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4 from Ulmer Chev Cadillac in Lloydminster and it was an overall excellent experience that should be mentioned!Most of our deal was completed over email, text and they even offered to deliver it as I live in Red Deer. Our salesman Ray was friendly and kind, not aggressive and extremely knowledgeable on the Cadillac product. The Finance person Chris was professional and personable as well. It was obvious the pride these two have in their dealership and after looking all across Alberta I'm so happy I chose to purchase my vehicle from them!My Husband and I both feel they earned a 5 star rating and will be referring friends and family.Thank you Ray and Chris for such stellar customer service!

This place was awesome to deal with. Todd and Chris were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We were in there at 10:30am and left with our new Traverse around 11:30am. Very satisfied here, will definitely shop here in the future. Thanks Todd and Chris!
