Monuments and grounds around them could use some TLC! The monuments at the top of the hill need the coverings replaced as some were not fully readable.Staircase was sturdy and well-constructed, benches partway up the stairs were greatly appreciated, but there was some garbage and recycling and broken glass laying around...
