They literally never have coffee. You can show up at any time on any day, and there will either be no coffee, or an empty coffee pot from 7 hours earlier. On top of that, the store is always dirty, and sticky

I went there tonight to get a BIG Gulp and there were no lids for the cup size. To top everything off there was literally no hot food to choose from and what there was, was all dried up! All I wanted was potato wedges and they didn’t even have that! Honestly do better 7-11!

Came in at noon, guy behind the counter was sitting on the counter and was staring at his phone the entire time he rang my purchase threw. Came back that night to buy a drink and again he was sitting on the counter, using milk crates as a foot rest, never said a word just scanned the drink and continued staring at his phone the entire time (phone never left his hand)

Great to have a store like this in town, expensive though. A lot to choose from for treats and junk food, there is tons of drinks etc also. If the price was better I'd give it 5 star.

Had a young female Asian who would not let me buy a chocolate bar. Then her and the manager tried to accuse me of stealing one even though my bank statement shows me buying one from the other till worker after she gave up on the witchcraft that didn't work in her issue w me for whatever reason. No solution offered by 7/11.

First time I bought a Xbox card from this location, they didn’t activate it, we tried to bring it back but was told we had to call the number on the card, fine no problem, just made a mental note to not purchase gift cards from this location, until this Xmas my son purchased a card from here and had the same problem, took it back and was told the same thing. Do not purchase gift cards from here!!! They never activate them and will help deal with the matter!!! Train your staff to know how to deal and sell these gift cards or don’t sell them!!!????????????

I wish I could get a friendly hello or even good morning. Nothing poor customer service and you feel like your a burden to the store. Pretty sad 7 eleven☹️
