  From start to finish was a great experience. Started off with meeting Jack on a Saturday. He showed me around was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the different trailers he showed me. He was a friendly person and not pushy about anything. Found a trailer I like and we went inside and talked about it and came to a deal. After that I met Anthony who helped me through all the outfitting needs I may or maybe not want and need being a first time trailer out. Then when it was time to do the paper work met a very nice and friendly worker named Samantha. She walked me through everything and helped me fill out all the paper work. Everyone i met start to finish was great to deal with. Would and will gladly come back again for anything I need in the future.

  Going to Travel RV was amazing Robert, Samantha and Taylor were great to deal with. They help us find the perfect fit for our needs and everything was stress free. Definitely recommend them.

  Taylor was extremely helpful and friendly great guy to deal with
  He guides always in the right direction is very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. Also Samatha from their financing department war very nice to deal with

  After 1 season dealing with Traveland RV, for some warrenty repairs i am sure i would not desl with them anymore.
  Communication is vwry Bad, quality if the repair looks like rushed and is absolutley not good.
  You need to check everything cant trust them.
  I broufht my concerns forward multipletimes and i feel it got worth from their.
  I absolutly regret the purchase.
  This being sad
  Taylor always try to help he is a very good and takes still some pride in his job
  But god forbid you need service.

  Excellent staff at the Martinsville store, Our salesman Robert was a huge reason why we purchased or 2025 Forest River Geo pro 15ft trailer. All the other staff(parts, Service and Finance) were equally great to deal. Kudos to Anthony for answering all my questions about towing and setting the RV up.

  Just bought a new to us RV. Jack was our salesman. He and absolutely everyone there was amazing to deal with. They are extremely thorough and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  We just brought our new fifth wheel from Traveland RV in Martensville. We are really happy with the way we were treated and with the great service we received.
  Our Product Specialist, Jack, was a big help, showing us many options and helped to zero in on the product we were searching for and ended up purchasing. When we asked questions, he answered and honestly told us when he didn't know the answer. He would then find out the answer for us.
  Today at pick up, we walked through the fifth wheel with Tony, who explained the ins and outs of the entire fifth wheel, how everything worked and how to operate each item in the RV.
  Samantha in finance was so easy going and helped make the paper trail seem less overwhelming.
  it was a great experience there.
  Treated us like a VIP from the first moment we arrived to the moment we left.

  My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Traveland RV in Martinsville SK. Samantha The financial advisor was so helpful and very professional, Jack our sales rep went out of his way to help us get what we wanted, Anthony walked us through our camper and was very knowledgeable. They all made sure we were comfortable with our camper and understood everything from the walk through, to the finances. They ROCK!!! This is our second camper we got from Traveland RV, and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!!

  Hi there! I phoned this place, Traveland R.V. a couple weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman named Anthony. I ordered a part for my fridge, Thursday before the July long weekend. he said it would be there the following Monday so I drove to Martensville to pick up my part. It wasnt there yet! No problem. I went back a couple days later, I walked in, there was a different lady in the parts part now and she was completely oblivious to what I was talking about. I explained to her I spoke to a guy and he ordered the part. She became rude and combative and said “what guy? Do you see a guy here?” I said “I think his name is Anthony. And it was a couple weeks ago.” She picked up the phone and called “Anthony.” I heard him say “yes I ordered her the part it should be in.” She then looked at her computer and said “oh yes, it’s on the truck, hopefully it’ll be in before close.” It was 4:30 pm and the store closed at 5:00. So I waited, no truck showed up, no part. Fast forward to the next day I missed a call from Traveland R.V. it was Raylene, the lady I spoke to in the store the prior day. She left a message and said “Hi Gerri-Lynn, your part is in you can pick it up. When you’re ready” I thought great, however I got busy that day and couldn’t go pick it up. The following day at 9:00am I called to verify my part was in and Raylene proceeded to tell me, there’s no part there for me. It was for someone else and they gave it away. I was completely baffled so I started recording our conversation and Raylene once again because extremely rude and combative and started arguing with me after I asked”why did you call me, leave a message saying my part was in and then go ahead and say it actually wasn’t for me and that never happened.” She then started saying I never spoke to Anthony about a part nor did I order one there. Because it wasn’t for me, it was for someone else! I explained to Raylene I have a voicemail from the day before from her saying my part was in… Like, you can’t even make this up! I asked Raylene if she was inadequate in her job and she hung up on me! So what a gong show of people that work there. They have ABSOLUTELY no customer appreciation nor do they know what they’re doing! I have a trip coming up in which I need my fridge part and now I have to go through the process AGAIN to order this part and wait…. I do NOT recommend Traveland R.V. in Martensville to anyone who expects parts or the employees to do their job right!
