Mark was great. Doug was great and seemed to work really hard to earn my business so I made the 2hour drive to bring my new truck home that I was assured was in great condition, only to show up and see it was definitely in a accident with the front end being totally un aligned. More paint chips and dents that a 2022 truck should have. Needles to say my experience was far from what others have had the experience of having. Then being told by doug that he didn't really look to close at the truck and was sorry I wasn't happy. Will not be returning to diamond dodge in melfort

Pleasant atmosphere, service manager explained in detail what they were doing in vehicle maintenance. Reasonable rates and quick efficient service.

Spent 100k on trucks here since 2019. Go to get my new truck detailed to find out they offered me the lowest level of detail when I bought my new truck. Call and try to talk to my salesman about it and I don't hear from him again. I should collect a paycheck from here considering everything I need done I end up doing myself. Truly an embarrassing place to have to deal with. This is exactly the reason I chose not to have their dealer decals on my vehicles. Don't be in a rush to buy here, it's worth the time to go elsewhere.

Just purchased a new Ram truck, and the experience was great! Doug helped me find the truck that works for me, with a great price as well. Friendly staff, easy to deal with, and the whole process was smooth. Mark helped me out the day I picked up the truck, and was very professional. Definitely recommend Diamond Dodge.

10 STARS !!! I`m in sales and time is money I had driven from Ontario, into Northern Manitoba and was crossing into Saskatchewan , I had a braking issue with my Dodge Ram, I pulled into Diamond Dodge in Melfort on Thursday afternoon at 4:30 with very low expectation that I could get any help. To my great surprise Kevin & Andy in service would take a look, first question was maybe I picked up a stone and that was making the noise, I was asked to pull inside and they would take a quick look. ( that sounds cheap and fast ) As it turns out I needed a lot more work then that. I was told if I could come back at 8am the next morning they could help me out right away and get me back on the road by 9:30.Cost aside, ( price was very fair )a huge THANK YOU for quality old fashion service.OUTSTANDING HELP when I’m 3500 Kms from home.

They were able to diagnose and fix what's causing my steering wheel to be really stiff at a good price!I serviced my car down at triple 7 in Regina but they were not good at completely repairing my steering problem and at a high price! Thus giving me another headache.Overall, Very nice and friendly staff especially Kevin! They are knowledgeable and understanding!I recommend to anyone who read this review , diamond dodge service will not fail you!

Doug & Mark made the car buying process easy, fast(1hr) and enjoyable. This experience was well worth the 3 hour drive from Regina. They will be my first call for new cars going forward. The entire staff was also very friendly. Thanks to everyone.
