Went to the Red Apple in Melfort and was greeted by a very rude staff member. I was looking for hot wheels that my daughter and I collect. The pegs were not full at all and the lady working had a box on top of a cart. I asked if I could take a quick look at the cars in the box and the lady got very upset. She said she cannot allow people to just go through the box and make a mess. I would have put all the cars on the pegs if I was allowed. She also said if the pegs are full then no more can go out with a ton of attitude. Well the pegs had a ton of room and most places will just talk to you. I did not pressure her or anything just asked and was blown up on. It’s too bad because I left everything that I was going to buy and walked out. I have never had an issue at any other Red Apple and I visit 5 or more a month. Frustrating to be dealt with this way. I did send an email on Friday but no response.

They didn't have what I was looking for but the staff member who rang my other finds threw the till told me what other store in Melfort carried what I needed.
