The lady melissa there she is disgusting liar never go there and trust them they just gave you wrong information and when you try to claim they just step back off i have very bad experience with them

i had a bad experience with RBC bank they deduct money from my credit card when i call and i go to the bank no one give me a right answer first thing i will suggest train your employees.i close my account and my wife account and i hop everyone to check your account i know it was only 5$ but be carful with this bank
