So appreciate the way this business serves my needs. ALWAYS (big word for me so emphasis needed) fantastic support when I go here. Staff are ready to help but not bothersome. All the products I need, with options, every visit.

Customer service is terrible, I asked about siding at the lumber desk and got yes and no answers, I was hoping to get some actual help but the older man didn't even offer. I definitely won't shop there again.

Sadly enough, the stock supply here is dwindling away. Friendly people still work here.

Went in looking for something specific and the staff watched me walk around with a list in my hand going down every aisle and not a single person asked if I needed help or said hi. They were standing in the isles chatting and couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. Only one or two other people in the store. Laziness!. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with service there.
