If I could give zero stars I would.
Their branch manager has ZERO etiquette, customer service abilities, conscience and lacks the ability to show concern or empathy for anything or anyone. I’ve seen better professionalism from teenagers working at fast food joints.
This is one of the ONLY branches to contest 30,000$ in COURT ORDERED AND MEO ENFORCED back pay of child support being released. She (the branch manager) is single handedly choosing to leave a single mother and her 3 children without.
When contacted directly (as the mother was advised to do) the Branch manager took it upon herself to hang up on this poor woman and then WEEKS later decide to contest the request for the funds for this deadbeat man’s children.
We have been informed this is NOT common practice but a very inhumane and unkind route that this “woman” has chosen to take.
I’m not surprised people are missing money from their bank accounts at this branch and nothing is being done with an absolute disgrace of a human being running this branch.
I will happily post the correspondence proving that this is at the hand of the branch and NOT common practice but greed protecting a deadbeat father and intentionally hurting children in that very community.

I have been hearing of increasing number of customers who have had missing money from their account and BMO does nothing to rectify the matter, which makes me extremely nervous now being a customer there as I just opened an account with them. Also, there is one teller who works there who is very condensending and arrogant and does not LISTEN to what you're saying...you have to reapeat yourself to get it through to her. The other tellers are decent. Only 2 tellers working at any given time and often long wait time. I have had issues with them telling me one thing only for it to be completely different. So time will tell if I go to another bank and shut my BMO account down.

Not a good experience. Long lines and not enough tellers. Worst hours for a bank in Moose Jaw. Not open on Saturdays. Always using COVID as an excuse. Very disappointing.

They have a sign for mandatory masks. They do not put on the sign that you don’t have to wear it if you have a medical exemption. They ran up to me to put on a mask but never asked me if I would have problems if I did so.
