I don’t post negative things but this needed to be addressed. Avoid this store in Moose Jaw, Sk. Believe what you read. I recently brought back a 200.00 purchase and was told exchange or in store credit. Ok, So I used my credit and spent a little extra. A little pushy and follow you around the store. Came home from out of town 2hrs only to realize that they only credited me the price of the item and kept the sale taxes. Not impressed. There are better shops for clothes than this one in Moose Jaw! . BUYER BEWARE.

Avoid this store. I received damaged jacket from my online order. The owner had the audacity to say that I wanted to return due to fit. This was not the case. The jacket while it’s supposed to look distressed was clearly worn. The zipper pulls are all turning brown with the exception of one. There’s two visible spots one on the front and one larger one on the back that look like they tried to remove marks fading the leather so it doesn’t match the rest of the jacket. The leather behind the zipper torn and peeling due to someone clearly catching the zipper in it and the bottom where the one side zips in worse. It’s hard and peeling.

Terrible customer service. Was not acknowledged once during 15 mins of being there. Me or 3 of my family members. 3 employees, 2 of which almost looked like the owners were doting on a mother and her son while they completely ignored me and my family, one employee even got by me by excusing themselves to help these two people. Not a good way to run a business, maybe they should slap a sign on the door stating just exactly who they would prefer to come into their store. If you’re staying at the Moose Jaw springs like we were, avoid this clothing store!

Had a great experience at this store today. The staff were very friendly and super helpful as well. Bought a shirt and was told what would look good with it. (Helpful for a clueless guy like me.) Storefront was very clean and I had a pleasant conversation at the till. 100% would recommend this store for any locals looking to put some money back into our community.
