“I have had an account with CCU for 21 years and it's been good for the most part, but I'm noticing that other banks offer incentives and loyalty benefits or rewards of some kind to customers of 5 or 10 years... I'm a bit sad that I didn't even get a thank you or anything for staying with CCU for so long! I'm losing my bank bragging rights as other banks do things to keep their long term customers. I'm just saying, that's the only thing keeping CCU from being a hands down 5 star rating. So what's CCU going to do about it? :)”
