Lana and the team at Emerald Custom Creations went above and beyond to help us with a short timeline. We needed some engraving for our son’s/brother’s Paramedic graduation gifts. I truly cannot express how happy I am with the labels i got from Emerald, that i needed for my hand knit toques. I took my vision to them and they rocked it! My label absolutely captures the essence of what I wanted, which was something a little rustic, a little historic and something that will appeal to every age. Plus, they were able to get them to me before the weekend so I could spend the weekend sewing them on to my toques. "Amazeballs" sums up my entire experience. The efficiency and effectiveness around communications from start to finish was very impressive. I was made aware of the TAT for my custom order and phoned me the moment it was ready! I've had custom orders on Yetis before from a different company last year, but the quality does not even compare with Emerald's. Highly recommended and will definitely come back for more custom work!
