I wanted to get a small plaque to place on a wooden box that is very important to our family.
With vague suggestions from me of what I wanted, the ladies at the gallery created a beautiful piece. They seemed know the exact colour and material for what would look best in our circumstance. They also completed the request on time despite my short notice.
We’ll bring our future projects to them without hesitation.

Extremely Disrespectful EncounterWent into this shop today with my husband to get a simple quote on custom framing some wedding photos. When asked what type of frames we were looking for I pointed to a large frame immediately behind the counter containing a vintage dress and photos and said this this type of frame. At this point the woman standing beside the lady who was staring our quote said the following to me "oh, so you want to sleep with the framer? He is my husband and those are extremely expensive italian frames." At this point we should have immediately left the store. However to be polite we briefly got a quote from the other lady and then left. I want to point out that the woman did eventually apologize for her "off color joke". However I am writing this review at the request of my husband as he dosent have a google account. He is beyond offended by this womans comment to me and advised me "words matter and inappropriate and unsolicited remarks like this when attending any business for professional service is embarrassing, offensive, and need to be commented on so people are accountable for what they say.Further, there will be no order for framing photos forthcoming.Can not endorse this business on this basis. Really disappointed.Kimberley
