I was the victim of a hit and run this summer and had to go through the process of getting my car repaired and using a rental vehicle until it was finished. Prior to this I had never dealt with SGI repairs before so did not know what the process was like. My rental and pickup from the body shop was arranged for me by the body shop.
An Enterprise staff member picked me up from Cruisers Car Star in the vehicle that I would be using, drove me back to Enterprise and explained the rental process to me. He was incredibly kind, personable and easy to talk to. Great staff at this location! Very helpful.
Being my first time renting a car and dealing with it through SGI, I was unaware that SGI only approved the rental for small blocks of time. Initially it was approved for one week, after which I returned to Enterprise, expecting to hand the vehicle back before my own car was finished in the shop. The staff let me know that SGI had extended my coverage for a further 5 days, and that the body shop had listed an estimated date of completion for my vehicle which was great to know.
When my car was finished (a day before the estimated date) I dropped the car off, got my $50 deposit back, and went on my way! Great staff, super helpful and understanding. The vehicle was clean and did what I needed it to do - get me from A to B! Recommend Enterprise, they helped make a not so great situation better! Knowledgeable and professional.

Worst place ever to book a rental car.
This has happened to me the second time.
Booked online got the reservation, I was travelling all the way from Calgary … and hoping I have a car ready to head back home … just got stranded . Came to pick up the car to know it’s not here and they have no other vehicles either.
This is poor management , your higher management should look into this matter.

Car reserved for months, confirmed day before, later that night got a call that they have no cars. Family suppose to leave on trip in the morning, was told they "might" have a car by end of day and they would let me know. Never heard back from them.

The worst rental car in moose jaw! We rented a 7 seater on their website for almost a month in advance and then a day before our trip they email us that they dont have a car for us. Better fix your system i guess!
