Tristan is a very knowledgeable sales representative with a keen eye to detail, and a customer focused worker. She sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes helping me find the part I needed even though they didn't have it in stock she ran the part numbers and searched other suppliers to help me find the part to fix my problem. To anyone thinking of dealing with this parts store I highly recommend it, and if given the option to ask for Tristan!

Stellar customer service!! We blew an alternator and one young guy (Kayle, I think?) was so incredibly helpful. He found us tools and checked on us several times to see if we needed any more help. He went above and beyond and my boyfriend and I will always call Great West Auto & Agro when we have problems in Moose Jaw from now on!!

When looking for auto parts Great West Auto should always be on your list to get a quote from...I find most times they have the best price and often on oem or better parts.

Everyone is really friendly there's a great selection on tools ,car batteries, oil, and auto parts. They have way better prices than everywhere else I've been.

My boyfriend & I went here for parts when our truck broke down on a road trip. The staff are all so friendly & accommodating. Great selection. Had all of the parts we needed. In the midst of a very stressful situation, the kindness of the staff made a positive impact on our day. Would recommend this store to anyone who is in the area.
