They are not open in moose jaw!!! My husband booked online and PAID for his rental and then we show up and there is no place of business. We call the phone number and they say they are permanently closed in MJ!! While google online says they are OPEN.

Horrible customer service the guy working the desk was extremely rude and shouldn't be working at hertz

Denied rental stating I didn't have documents. I had a perfectly valid International license with photo identification. The representative was also rude.
