I have bit received my actual license yet and it’s been nearly three weeks. Henderson insurance retook my picture and i gave them my over hundred dollars. I still have not got my license and when calling the office no one helps and no one calls back. This is a terrible place to go to and they treat customers very badly after they collected your money

They never answer the phone. Tried at 10 to 5 and still refuse to answer the phone.

Good service and nice staffs. Very convenient location if you are getting your cars from the dealer shops. We had a fast service even when SGI’s system was not stable.

When I tried calling them, they didn’t pick up, but when I went in person for vehicle registration, they were quick to assist. So, the service was a bit mixed.

Astonishing lack of service. Three calls & messages to the Moose Jaw office none of which were returned. I then tried three times to go to the Regina office to get the policy moved there and again no action due to lack of response from Moise Jaw. I will be moving the commercial liability policy elsewhere.

If you don’t want to work or like you work. Quit. You’re bringing the whole company down. You know who you are. I’ve had nothing but unfriendly encounters with the new HK and will be moving companies do to rude service advisors.
