“Made a claim for a broken rear window on my Buick Envision… the gal I spoke to was able to let me have the claim appraised at my local GM dealer(where I went to initially) so I did not have to drive all over town with no rear window…. a little difficult to understand at times but she was polite.. knowledgeable and courteous… I was pleased with the service from SGI… thanx”
