Had a small chip in our brand new Kia Soul. I brought it there just for a consult. Terry was very friendly, honest, and respectful and told me a very cost-effective way to repair the chip. Had a good conversation with him. If our vehicle needs any body work, I will bring it here in the future.

Got front end work done. Inner and outer. Through SGI. Picked up my vehicle, noticed my blow motor would randomly stop working for a few seconds, and was loud. Took it back in immediately, they said they could fix it but it would likely write my vehicle off. So they didn't give me back my vehicle the way it was before the accident. I had to pay an additional 420$ out of pocket for a new blower motor.I had the initial repair done in spring, so didn't need my block heater cord. Well now I do for this cold snap. However when they did the repairs they failed to locate the block heater cord and put it in a safe place. It got stuck in a nook and cranny. Called them right away ( after admittedly trying to get it unstuck ), they told me to bring it in . I did. Of course they were able to pull the cord out , and it's ruined. Either from me attempting to remove it because it had been stuck due to their neglect, or from rubbing in and around areas it was stuck in.Of course the owner refused any responsibility. Even blamed me. Saying it got that way from hanging the cord out of the hood to plug it in ... which admittedly I've done, but in pictures HE SHOWED ME, we zoomed in and the cord had no damage. It was 100% damaged from them repairing my vehicle and not securing the heater cord in a safe area. Owner refused to do any repairs or accept any accountability for either the cord, or heater motor.I do not suggest this place to anyone. Go to another body shop. I've had nothing but issues since getting my vehicle back in the spring.If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They were very polite but they were definitely over charging I had a dented bumper and wanted to know what it would cost they told me that I needed to replace the whole bumper a side panel and the head light at a total of $3000 the the side panel and headlight had zero damage just a bit of dirt. I went to a second place where they gave me an honest estimate of$500-$600. DO NOT GO HERE!

They don't even deserve 1 star there communication skills and customer service is extremely poor. I have never seen a company with such poor service and scheduling. They have no ambition to provide a quality service!

They went above and beyond when they worked on my vehicle and got it done in just 2 days. Never have I met such wonderful caring people! I highly recommend going here. I really look forward to getting work done here again in the future.

Has taken over a year to get in to fix minor damage over my car and still no call back. Tried to call them and leave messages and they don't get returned. Got into cruisers collision to fix my car in two weeks. Should have gone there to begin with

My experience with the Moose Jaw Collision Centre is always a good one. This time they fixed a dented fender on my daughters car. It looks like new! Everyone there was friendly and professional and it only took a couple of days. We got a loaner car to use in the meantime and received a friendly phone call as soon as it was done. Good job guys and thanks.
