How many kids are you going to give back to their addict parents, in unsafe living situations? Then have those kids find their parent dead in bed in a year?
After repeatedly telling you how unsafe the situation would be to send the kid back there, and you do it anyway?!
Shame on you. DO BETTER FOR THESE KIDS.
