“Honestly there's not enough good I can say about thus business. The lovely ladies that work there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are patient and kind and they genuinely care about their customers, both 2 and 4 legged.If they don't have something, they will tell me where to find it. They always have great solutions for my complicated problems. They ask about my dog when he's not with me. Help me fit him for a harness (every couple weeks of the first year) which isn't easy because he hates the harness and is ginormous.What's strikes me most about the environment at pet value is the welcoming, inclusive nature. My boys are neurodivergent and get incredibly excited and hyper in the store because, well, kitties and puppies. The gals are always calm and kind, but firm if rules are needing reinforcing. They never seem annoyed to have them there (just prepare when they see us by locking the kittens up ????) and that allows the boys to have more safe opportunities to practice good behaviour.I'm a pretty loyal customer when I find a good store, even if the price might be higher than other places. And Pet Value is one I will definitely always stay loyal to.”
