Came down to Moose Jaw for the weekend and was surprised to see a Reitmans! I'd been looking for a bit nicer/formal clothing and was very pleased with my purchases and the customer service. Once I had an item in hand someone started a dressing room for me, and as I tried on things another employee asked how it was going and If I needed anything. Very happy with my visit!

90% of my wardrobe comes from Reitmans, however, my e xperience today has made me rethink. I went into Moose Jaw Reitmans for advice, Laura, Manager and Linney, Asst manager were insulting and rude. Laura walked away as I spoke and said "Jessica" would have never said it was ok to try on my new jeans at home for a couple of hours and Linney basically called me a liar, turned her back on me and went back to folding sweaters. I was gob smacked - I expect lack of service but never at Reitmans. What a horrible attitude and a horrible experience for me, who has a problem with jeans fitting and I just went in to show them so I could find a better fit. Two RUDE RUDE women at this store.

Laura, the store manager, has possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She doesn’t smile, she turns her nose up at you, picks and chooses who she wants to help (not sure what she bases it on but she just looks at me every time I go in there and doesn’t say a thing to me. I was at the till waiting to pay for an item the other day. Her back was to me. She turned around, looked me over, called out to another lady across the sales floor to come help me, and then went and greeted another customer. When I walked in the store that morning, I had to greet her and she didn’t even acknowledge my greeting. I know she heard me because I practically yelled it and was their first customer that morning. She just looked at me and went back to what she was doing. I am probably one of the nicest, friendliest persons to meet. She has made me feel as though I don’t belong in that store and I cringe every time I enter it now. If I didn’t have a gift card I need to use up, I would not even be shopping at this location. And, of I had the money and time, I would shop at the Regina locations instead.

Good selection of ladies clothing in a variety of sizes including plus and petite. Lots of sale and clearance priced items. More discounts available if you sign-up for their email advertising like 25% off your entire purchase in your birthday month and more. Friendly and helpful staff.

The store manager of moose jaw store have worst customer service. She refuses to return things within 30 days of purchase. She is so rude, she won’t even check anything but she will say no on your face. She just talk nicely when are there to buy thing but if u have to make a return or exchange she will refuse it and talk rudely with you. Today i had one coupon to use which clearance says can be use in store and online but she refuses to use it on off items, she made every excuse to not to use it...first she said can only be used on the hyba items then she said she can’t use it on other promotions , i even told her i could it online with other promotions but she said no and talk so unpleasantly with me then i had to go online to buy the jacket and use my coupon i even showed her that it works then she made excuse that maybe it can only be used online but it said on the coupon that it can be use in store...I don’t like to go to her store but i had to because the colour was only available in her store. But everytime she make me embarrassed when i have to make any changes. She is the worst person i met in my life.
