My husband and I are regular customers at this Rexall and have been shopping here numerous times a week for the past 3 years we have lived in Moose Jaw. I have never had a problem here until last night, but I am extremely impressed by the way management has handled my concerns. I love shopping here, and most of the employees who work here are amazing, super friendly and helpful.

Upon entering I was asked to put down my already purchased groceries rudely by a supposed manager Barrel. I did so as I was in a rush. There are no signs about open bags having to be put down ANYWHERE or on any door. Furthermore iv been going to rexall for over 3 years prior and have NEVER been asked to put my things down.
We bought our goods and upon seeing the "Approved" on the till we grabbed the things and left. The then supposed "manager" ACCUSED me and my wife of stealing and BANNED us from the store with no reason or justification. Besides. Quote "I thought you stole it" As I walked in to dispute her outrageous claim I literally seen her ripping my approved recite as I entered.
Such unprofessionalism and disgusting assumptions have no place there. Terrible experience and it's a shame.

Ivy is the pleasant, hard-working lady that is always making the shelves look so wonderful, always has a smile on her face, and will help you throughout the whole store, if necessary. She is very approachable and is probably one of the few people I've met that will consistently help you whatever you need. You can tell she's very conscientious about her job. But more than that, she's willing to help you with any question that you might ever have. Sheila, the cashier is always pleasant, patient & helpful too. These ladies are the kind of staff every store would want to have because it's they that give the shopper a positive experience, bringing you back time and time again.

I recently switched vfrom another Moosejaw pharmacy. I have only been with Rexall Drugs approximately one month. Even though I was a loyal customer to my last pharmacy, I pharmacy. I am over the top impressed with my experience at Rexall, efficiency, frienly staff. My new favorite place to shop

No wonder its review score is quite low! It should be lower! The price at check out is higher than the display. I asked for refund and they did, but it wasted my time. You have to watch out what their real prices are at check out!

I had the worst experience here I go to get medicine for a sick 3 yr old first ur staff is rude to me then they rip me off and sell me a sample bottle for 15 dollars what kind of people take advantage of someone like this there is no way that bottle was worth 15 . I will never shop here again and I recommend u don't either!!

Tonight one of the pharmacists noticed that the prescription we had been given was incorrect and would not work for my son’s ear infection. Even though it was time for the pharmacy to close he contacted the doctor who adjusted the prescription. He then stayed 20 minutes late to fill it. Thank you so much! We appreciate it more than you know!!

Since new management took over this location it has gone down hill rapidly. Staff change over is insane. What was once well run is now a disappointing experience. Just left without out my prescriptions. Prescriptions I’ve had for 15 years. Told me they were on hold till he could question me about them. Acting like he knew better than the Dr. Or the pharmacy manager. Ultimately left without medication and I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Six months ago I was charged for a blood glucose monitor and then was called two weeks later that I had a package to pickup. It was a blood glucose monitor that was free with all the supplies. Told them I don’t need two and would appreciate a refund on one but they kept the second that I’m assuming they were reimbursed for. Regional manager said they would fix everything but never heard another word from them. So tired of poor customer service. .
