This claim center is a shining example of everything SGI stands for I guarantee Minister Morgan is very proud of this location I wouldn't even be surprised coming up here at year end his generosity extends to increasing his own bonus to the point of being able to share with them as they have clearly earned it as profits must be way up thanks to their blatant theft attempt from A Good Man who simply got an accident I called there trying to make some sense of what they were doing to find out why it felt Justified to them to leave a man with a disability making it impossible for him to walk on his own wait for almost two and a half months now to even get a decision on whether they're going to honor his insurance which has been kept up on his end without fault for many years literally won't even get his car back to him or so much as his Mobility device that is still in the car and some unknown location not being released to its rightful owner they even went to the extent of trying to trick him into signing paperwork indemnifying them of responsibility even asked for medical records that they have no right to request well knowing that he was very early in the recovery of a traumatic brain injury caused by the accident so this man has spent over 9 weeks now housebound unable to so much as go to the store or get something to eat just any basic Freedom that any person should have can't do any of these things without having to ask someone else to come to his home help him to their vehicle and drive him wherever he needs to go might not sound like much but person's pride is worth something the person Independence is worth something but the only thing in the equation worth anything to SGI is the money they're trying to save by robbing him of the insurance he has paid diligently his entire adult life but to them it doesn't matter if you've done your part if you've kept up your end of the bargain the only thing that matters is how much money is in the coffers at the end of the year because the more profit they make the bigger bonuses the executives can give to themselves I won't even tell you how much that was but I found it pretty easily an annual report is public information all I will say is I was not in any way impressed to find that a company I was under the impression I was in owner of and that had a mandate of working at cost to give us the most affordable service possible was at some point hijacked and came a subsidiary of its own Division and part we own doesn't make any money but the part the provincial government somehow now owns solely makes tens of millions of dollars a year in profit but I guess I wasn't surprised to not know that as it's not like someone who's dipping their hands in the tail is going to tell the boss just how much they're taking and especially not that they somehow snuck the whole damn business from him when at some point they decided that little off the tops done enough I want the whole damn thing but I guess it's easy to get blatant with your greed when you are the trusted lawmakers that can create the exception to the countries anti-monopolization rules and I guess if you can guarantee zero competition no one has a choice but to just let you take what you want and hope to be left with enough to get by because somehow in the world built around the automobile where you need a vehicle to work in vast majority of Industry it is still considered a privilege to be able to get yourself to your job to support your family but it's not like anything ever change I mean that would take everyone voicing their concern that would mean that each person would have to actually realize that people like this are only in control so long as the ones they are controlling allow it

Always a long lineup of " not locals " that like bringing their entire family with them for whatever reason. Service is painfully slow. The workers behind the counter are always pleasant and curteous , but I've never seen more than 2 booths open even when there are 20 people lined up all the way out the door .
