Corporately Owned location no longer owned by Safeway (unfortunately). About 2 months ago we experienced negligence here when one of their employees put a petrol can back into our vehicle and did not properly secure the lid. This led to leakage and an unfortunate occurrence where several hundred dollars of groceries were damaged on our trip home and needed to be immediately discarded. We reached out to their management immediately. To date we are still waiting to be recompensed for the groceries, or even an apology for the situation. Our vehicle after almost 2 months still smells like gasoline. Due to an uncaring attitude by staff/management and further trying to deal directly with the non existent customer service at shell directly via email. The store has not resolved this after significant time to do so, therefore, we personally can not reccomend the location or brand. However, all who read this are free to make their own informed choices (and should) of where they prefer to shop and do business and what type of service they prefer when doing so.
One other thing we noticed is that often their fuel prices even when using the Safeway discount coupon appear higher than other fuel outlets in Moose Jaw.
