Same as always, not much changes here, love the bakery. Not busy so a quick in and out. One of the few grocery stores you can still get cigarettes at the same check out area as you pay for your groceries which is convenient.

South Hill Fine Foods is my local grocery store. I feel lucky to shop locally and the staff are terrific! Unfortunately I have had to edit my review. The prices have skyrocketed. The store is under new mgmt and not all of the staff seem approachable.

As the only grocery store on South Hill, it is not bad... the employees seem more pleasant then in the past... prices are high but better then the corner store

I've tried giving this store a chance as I like to support small local stores but five times in a row now I've boughten sale items and the cashiers (all different) purposely ring them up as full price hoping you won't notice. It's obvious they are told to do this. Why put items on sale if you aren't going to actually give them to you at the sale price. They pretend not to see the orange sale stickers on them. Not a coincidence if it happens 5 times, different days, different cashiers.
