I was there this afternoon, picked a pair of shoes and was asked to queue on the left side of the till as to be away from the entrance. There were 2 tills. Then there's another person that came up after and walked straight to the right till and paid, then another. The cashier who asked us to queue at the side should've monitored the situation and asked the cashier on the right to take the people who were already in the queue. The person behind me was also getting upset. I left after and you lost a customer. Will not be back to this location to shop.

Just had a terrible experience trying to exchange my Christmas presents with GiFT receipts, the girl at the checkout made a mistake on scanning one of my items and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong. The girl at the checkiyt did not apologize at all for her incompetence and the manager of the shop did not respond in a friendly manner either - needless to say I will not be shopping at this Town and Country Mall store in the future. Oh well they have lost my custom.

Jason F and the checkout clerk (didn't catch her name) at the front were extremely helpful today. We came in to exchange a shirt for another size which the young lady at the front immediately helped us with. From there we wanted to look at shoes- my husband had seen them before and Jason knew which ones and helped find them again. He also suggested some shorts and dress pants while we were there which were not on our radar. He upsold the shorts so well we purchased them anyway. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism we observed in the Moose Jaw store!

Vanessa was great in the mens shoes department! I was being VERY picky with the shoes there down the colour but she did end up finding me some UnderArmours. Great customer service. Was there the whole time. If there’s an employee of the month or anything like that she has my vote. If you do see this Vanessa thank you and you have a great day!

Run of the mill SportChek. Kids shoe selection really hit or miss. Brand name clothing all really expensive but it's the only place in Moose Jaw to find shoes and athletic clothing.

I was extremely disappointed in the staff who refused to help me today. I live out of town, I was in for a medical appointment when my footwear was stolen. I showed up wearing hospital slippers 45 minutes before store opened. I asked if an exception could be made in my case. I was immediately refused. The Quarks store right across from Sportchek also did not open for 45 minutes but opened so I could get shoes. Guess where I will be spending my money for future shoes for my family!

Staff seems scared to help you with the hockey equipment. Couldn't get any help even after asking for it. Was told somebody would come and waited for a long time . Left frustrated and empty handed. Was gonna spend a bundle
