My friends and I visited the store this evening to buy a box spring and we had a warm welcome from the Assistant Store Manager Annie Doyle.
Her assistance was thoroughly delightful and the conversation was more than insightful. She is so amazing that she knew what we were looking for and she could help us with all our queries, even general inquiries on delivery, deals and promotions.
What was more precious was that she was about to tell us about the Flexi Card subscription, its benefits, functioning, payment methods and the best ways to use it as well. I noticed that she was eloquent enough to talk about Flexi Card benefits for 15 minutes straight! Moreover, I admire her commitment to work and the in-depth knowledge she gained over her tenure that enabled her to fill us in on a variety of questions.
We thank Annie Doyle and wish her all the best in her future.
She is certainly an asset to the store.

I have bought lots of things at The Brick over the years. Most recently I ordered a new Mattress and Box Spring set. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. With their assistance I found and ordered exactly what I was looking for at a great sale price! Will definitely shop at The Brick Moose Jaw again!

I it really was easy. Susan was great . Told her what we need for the type of life we have . Dogs kid every thing. She gave us great options. Then size we added a few pieces and if we need more we can get more she said . Well power or manual recliners . All and all great. Payments that fit and time even better. So happy. Plus showed us the new items that are available. Like power bed . Very nice. No pics yet not set up .

I’ve been looking for a sectional for over a year and haven’t really seen one I was fond of. Was looking to purchase online from Wayfair when I just so happened to see a sale on at the Brick (Moose Jaw Brick). I messaged Kristin and within a day she had all information to me and I stopped in to check out in person. Ashton Craig was an incredible sales associate. He is very knowledgeable about his products he has in store!! Great customer service….would definitely recommend Ashton and the Brick to friends and family. I cannot wait to receive my sectional in a few days!!!

Good service arrived with appliances at 1030 am and installed oven and hooked up.water line and waited over an hour to plug in fridge and filled with food and ice takes 12 hours or more until ice gets made. Will see how the oven and fridge turn out
