“The hotel is in a good location, it's quiet, and clean. Where this hotel gets 5 stars from me is their service. We stayed here on a warm July night and once we got to the room, the air conditioner wasn't working. I went downstairs to speak to the staff, and two members of their management staff immediately came upstairs with me to take a look. They found that it wasn't working, but due to being full that night, they couldn't move us so they said they would bring a fan. I figured it might be some small table fan. But no, they brought a big, 3 foot diameter floor fan. It ended up being exactly what we needed to keep the room cool. In addition, 10 minutes later, they called to ask if our room was more comfortable, and we were happy. They also said that they would be giving us a discount on our room.
It wasn't a perfect situation, but it was perfectly handled. Thanks to the management of this hotel for making our stay comfortable and for addressing the situation immediately without delay.”
