The staff has no idea what is going on in the company. They are not trained and do not know the answers to basic questions. The whole hotel is one big thief... they charge for nothing. The connection is unstable. Bills are issued randomly... in one word, a tragedy!

Service is absolutely terrible and what we pay in the area for constant dropped calls is ridiculous 1 star is too much can't wait to switch providers and at least pay less per month
