Not impressed with the service at Napa. Steven is unbelievably unprofessional and arrogant. Tried to refuse lifetime warranty on axles and blame me for the cause of their failure. This dude is argumentative and childish, I will support Napa Tisdale instead and I highly recommend everyone else do the same.
