“I noticed the rating and took a look at the reviews. Nobody describes why they give a good or bad review. I realize it's a small town so it is what is. There isn't much to choose from. There are a lot of old buildings that need to be torn down and new houses that need to be built. The town just passed a vote with 98% approval to help get things going. If a few good people moved here I think the town could really start to grow and see improvements. As far a ReMax goes my experience talking with one of their representatives has been well received. The town needs to remove barriers and make it easier for interested buyers to develop land or live on the land. I also believe the federal government has overlooked Nipawin and the town should be getting funding to help boost the economy and create affordable housing. There is no where to rent here.”
