    I wanted to redeem an investment and the toll free number is a labyrinth. I thought I'd get someone to talk to by calling the bank directly, so I left a message, they never got back to me. Clearly customer focus is lacking, so glad to not have to deal with them again.

    The branch manager Evelyn Brown in this branch is a rude women. She doesn’t treat the customers or employees in a right way. While I was waiting on the line I’ve seen her arguing with customers and being rude with the employees. This place has a quite a bit of turnover in employees. No wonder why ..!!!
