Fast response and service, transparent diagnostics and work. Was able to swap out a transfer case with a supplied tcase in a morning for a really fair price. Very flexible on his work bring your own fluids etc type of deal. Friendly and kind, even loaded up the old one and made an effort to clean up any messes it made.
