I really dont want to put 1 star here but I think I waited too much already.
June 25 when I had a flat tire and I was recommended by the SGI in this towing company. Since my car was full of stuff because im moving back to SK from AB. A guy name GUY cant help me change a flat tire because it was literally full. Then, He towed my car from the back bumper. He damaged my drivers side mirror glass. He promised to reimburse me if i showed him the reciept of the repair because how else its gonna get damaged? Then its been more than a month. No answer to calls, emails, nothing , he seems like a good guy but I have been ghosted.

Guy helped me out after I got myself stuck in some sand. Guy was there within an hr and had me out within 20 minutes. Couldnt ask for better service ! I highly recommend Allstar Towing! D MAAAX!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Guy Derdall , from Allstar Auto! He went above and beyond to help me out yesterday…a HOT Sunday AFTERNOON!….My car was giving me some grief… and I still had 100 miles to go. He came immediately (from his home) after I called him, figured out what the problem might be..gave me some very helpful tips…and I was on my way….No charge!! Now, That would have been more than sufficient! RIGHT?? HOWEVER….I was well on my way, when my phone rang, and it was Guy making sure I was still ok and car was still running! He had also done some research in that time….on what my car’s problem might be caused from, and let me know what to tell my mechanic when I got back to my home! I’m still in awe the next day at Guy’s kindness and his caring attitude! YOU …GUY DERDALL are a FINE HUMAN!! Thank You So Very Much!!! Karen Gurney

Guy hauled my viechle when it was frozen and needed work. They fixed my car problems costing me as low as possible. They're very understanding and professional. They even towed it to me when I couldn't make it in to get it.100% recommend this company for anyone needing a tow and other services. Bought a car. The owner promised to help if any issues. Had issues from the day I drove it from the towing yard. A1 NEVER answers their phone or texts. So what to do?

Thank you to Allstar for coming to our rescue yesterday. Christian was so professional and polite and he was expert at getting that car on the flat bed. Unbelievable great service! On this cold windy Remembrance Day, i called before noon, from 25 minutes away. He spent his lunch time pulling my tractor out of a snow bank, then he loaded it onto my trailer. Not as simple as it sounds, since it had 4 flat tires and sometimes the tires wouldn't turn. He did all this with a smile. Great guy, highly recommended. He sure went above and beyond for me.
