I am from out of town but visiting family so I thought I could resolve an issue of access to my account in this branch while I was there. The teller was friendly and a senior teller or manager that assisted the teller was so nice and accommodating. They even phoned to try to troubleshoot when I activated my card online but still couldn't login. They weren't successful but gave their business card and told me to phone if I couldn't get it fixed even though I was from out of town. Honestly it was the best service I have had in a long time. It might have been that I was the only one there and no other pressing customers were waiting, but this is what I remember service being when I lived here. Any service I get in Saskatoon branches are rushed, impersonal and no going above expectations. So it was refreshing. Kudos to the staff here!

Very friendly staff and always ready to help. I never had any issues with delay or booking an appointment.

Staff is friendly, but if you are an adult working a full time job, you won’t ever get the chance to speak with them.The hours are the absolute worst. They are not open before work and they close at 3pm. You couldn’t make it here even if you were a student let alone a working adult. Definitely switching banks whenever I can find a day off work to do so. ????????♂️
