I ordered a chicken slice and a chicken burger. They sent me pepperoni instead, even the burger was cold and buns were not even toasted. And when I called them to confront about it, the girl said it’s not her fault as she was not the one preparing(well I know that, But the mistake needs to be fixed by someone in store only, right?) and after that she just cut the call in between without solving anything saying I can’t help you coz I didn’t prepare order. Very bad customer service and if you don’t know how to run the store please do a proper training.

Pandeep was our “ customer service representative “ and she was awful. Didn’t smile once. Didn’t give us the time of day. She should not work here. I will never come back again. 0 stars if I could. Yuck.

Went there to get some food. First item I grabbed had the wrong price on it. But they refused to honor the tag price. Then wanted some chicken but they didn't have drumsticks for the meal and refused to substitute it with anything without charging me an extra price for it. Terrible customer service as well as ignorant employees. never going back to this store.

I always get stuff from 711 but lately the service has been horrible. Workers are just lazy without putting any effort in to do their job correctly. I was getting nachos and cheese but the cheese was out, i tell the worker that and she gets up and opens the lid and squeezes what’s left out of the bag but yet she’s on her phone at the same time. There was only a little left in the bag, instead of getting a new bag she just goes back and sits down with giving me only a little bit of cheese ? do better don’t be lazy

The hot food menu is goodThe slushy are also goodStaff i have mix feimgz there is one older lady short grey hair that has always given me a unwelcoming attitude, that isn't desired for me, but I enjoy the staff around my age that I can level with and I get along great with.Chicken prices are a little pricey but there chicken screwed are goodSometimes they can be a lite too dry

Edit-Tonight I brought my sister to get a Slush,She went in alone to get it (I'm sick, so I didn't want to go outside much.)She comes out pretty quickly, which I didn't find to be out of the ordinary..My sister gets into the car, and proceeds to tell me that the employee (who is most definitely older than her by quite a bit.) asked for her phone number. I'm aware they have a rewards program, but from how she is describing it to me, it doesn't sound like they were asking for her number for the rewards program.
