Spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of the store to get something fixed,kept getting told “we’ll check or we’ll ask and call you back” only to never get a call back, 2weeks later someone was finally sent to pick up my merchandise and they’ve had it for about 2 weeks now “fixing it” ,so I’m stuck paying for something that doesn’t work and that I don’t have, Not to mention how rude and unprofessional their staff is at answering phones and helping customers. Disappointing all was going good til this incident.

The people here were nice and friendly. But the Communication needs improvement. I talked to different people and some give me false sense of clarity.So you really need to talk to the right person is seems. :/

I literally love Aaron’s. Kaelen is so easy to chat with, he knows us by our voice over the phone even! The new manager was totally supportive of us postponing a payment so we could throw another retainer down for our lawyer, she encouraged it nevermind and waved the 45$ late fee! Aaron’s, you have a very friendly management and staff and have always been about the good vibes and helping customers find payment plans that work for a budget, and have great tips on avoiding any hidden fees!

We took my elderly mom to Aarons this morning. We were asked if we had an account, we stated no she doesn't. She is interested buying a recliner outright. Then we were totally ignored, not given any help or asked what we needed . Terrible service, and one of the chairs she wanted to sit in had used paper towel in it. Not very happy.

I've been with Aarons for years, got a bunch of different stuff, still missing a chair for my table set, it's been maybe a week now since I paid for my dresser that I havnt received yet, I have spoke to the Manager Ed and I felt very disappointed on how he spoke to me and handled everything, the main and only reason I am still with Aaron's is the customer service I get from Michelle and Tyler, they make me feel better when I walk into the store, feels welcoming, but Ed i was not impressed with. Yesterday they were supposed to drop off my dresser, Ed said they called me, they had a home phone number and my old address, I have updated my address many times and who really uses home phones nowadays right? My cell number is on my file that they didnt call otherwise I would've answered and told them they were at the wrong place. But yeah this is my experience anyways. I reccomend Aaron's but speak with Michelle or Tyler, they are good people I'd say 5 Stars to those 2 workers but 1 star for the manager, how I havnt received my stuff yet and some updates need to be done on computers.
