Service is great and all information is readily available. Staff members are easy to come by and there's always a knowledgeable person around the corner. If the person helping you doesn't know something they can easily look it up or find someone who can help
Return policies and delivery rules are very straightforward if you listen to them.
Plenty of services available in store and in home through Geek squad
Mobile Personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The store is always clean and pretty much a candy store for me. I'll keep on coming by.

I have bught a $150 mouse that was abused with scratches on the bottom from no mouse mat. And recently bught $750 vr headset and it was heavly used with drift and scratches on lens and grease in the foam from preveos use and the faceplate was cracked. I am going to tell people of this used market SCAM fraud WARNING!!!!!!!!! Do not buy items are all used products sold as sealed.

Absolute scam, this place. Spent $1200 on a new tablet, confirmed three times when ordering it that it came with a free case on promo. Picked it up a few days later, no case. Everyone wanted to play dumb, pretend the promo never existed. Find a screenshot of the promo, the manager says yeah that ended yesterday, can't honour it. Except I didn't buy it today, I'm just picking it up today. The day I bought it falls well within the timeframe. His solution? A free $18 charger, not even the Samsung name brand charger - the knockoff - and to "file a claim with best buy". So we returned it immediately, and won't be back. Gfy, best buy! ETA - I'd love to contact you, but the options are phone or AI chatbot and I won't be wasting any more of my time, thanks.

Went to purchase a laptop, was told they had almost none left in store. Ordered a laptop online, it came not working, I dropped it off to be repaired as it was supposed to be brand new. No one explained anything to me about the process just took it and made me sign a paper with my information. I have been trying to contact them to get some more information and the call centre disconnects me each time and offered no solutions. It’s incredibly frustrating not having a direct contact line. At this point it would be easier to go get a refund and purchase another laptop from somewhere else as this has been an almost two week ordeal at this point.
I went into the store to see if they had a timeline they could give me only to find out they’ve known they cannot fix the item the day I dropped it off because it’s a newer software then I had available. They stated attempting to contact me until I showed them my call log. They then tried getting me to buy a membership so I could get the same laptop for approximately $500 more. I asked if they could reorder me the same one and honour the price I paid as I got a back to school deal for them to tell me no. Overall experience in store/over the phone and online has been awful. I returned the item and now need to wait 5-7 business days for it to return to my card before I can attempt to get another laptop of the same quality. 0/10 do not recommend.

DO NOT ever buy appliances from here!!! They have had the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher - the washer came damaged and the dishwasher doesn’t work. The store doesn’t understand how their own delivery service works and they constantly give me incorrect information and schedule me on the wrong day so it has been pushed back by weeks. I have been waiting over a month for a washing machine that they told me would be there 3 days after I purchased it. They are also impossible to contact and deal with. I will absolutely never be purchasing anything from here again.

Absolutly the worst Best Buy to do buisness with. The managers and staff employed at the Prince Albert location all need a lesson in customer service. They do not value customer service there at all.

Why is it so hard to reach anyone in store? When I call the customer service number, someone in Montreal answers. I am told there is no way to reach anyone at the store. You're telling me there is no phone sitting at the customer service desk?? So frustrating to have spent $1300 and get the run around. Look elsewhere. All the same products are sold at other stores for the same price.Update: Best Buy's response is comical. Their contact us "support" still goes to a call center in Montreal. There is literally nothing they want or care to do than use a generic autofill response to poor reviews. ?

Horrible experience- can't rate less than zero .They have no one who answers phones at the physical building and even Best Buy cannot reach them - this came from their customer service. Went down to the store Monday to make a pick-up plan, was told 8:50 on Tuesday. Got a truck organized, went, and they were closed and didn't open until 10. Asked for them to deliver because both my husband and I had to get to work. Even though it was their error, they are going to charge me $80.00 to bring it over to my office in Prince Albert when their Geek Squad van is sitting outside. Logan in Prince Albert told be he had the authorization to make this decision and this is what he chose. Should have listened to a co-worker and went somewhere else as I will in the future for all my work and personal purchases.
