This store has the greatest ppl working there . I’m from wpg and my phone turned to junk and I needed a new one . So I went here and wow I found two guys that really care abt there work . Austin and Balta worked endlessly on maken sure I got the best deal and well maken a call to Rodgers and the patients they have and understanding was awesome. Tks to these guys for there knowledge on what needed to be done . Wasn’t a easy task. Over all the others I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Tks again guys ???? definitely returning if I need to !

Recently bought some PC parts there and it was a wonderful stress free experience! Help was fast and easy and we were in and out both for ordering and pick up in less than 10 minutes, and the guys there also enjoy the pc building hobby so chatting was fun, thanks again! Hope to be back soon

Paid warranty for a TV here in November, told me they can't take it in if theres physical damage. Biggest scam in my opinion, wouldn't suggest getting any warranty from here at all!

I came into look at earbuds because mine weren't working. Taylor was such a BIG help showing me how to synch mine, friendly and knowledgeable showed me some other great products and helped me with my AC questions from Best Buy .Thanks Taylor !

Waited for a delivery between 2pm and 5pm, called them at 5, only to be lied to. Customer service said the delivery was there and they knocked, which was false, then customer service rep changed her story. Delivery never bothered to show up or call to cancel. Don’t shop at this store.

The Staff can't answer any questions without thier phones. Biggest suggestion from them is to "order online". I'm just going to use Amazon from now on and save the gas driving to a store. Majority of items on the store site is sold from 3rd party anyways.

Last experience was uneventful. I entered the stored and immediately took a left turn to the mobile phone area as I needed a new cord. Found my cord myself as the staff were busy helping other customers. I then walked passed the appliances headed towards home entertainment when I heard staff in the mobile audio department. Walking by, i saw about 6 staff back in the corner socializing with eachother. I proceeded to walk around the entire store. Through entertainment, gaming, computers...not one csr came up to me. Store is nice and they have lots of stock and are typically pretty knowledgeable when it comes to product so I'll likely still go back. Gotta step up the CS though...

The store was fairly busy today. Thank you to the helpful staff member that helped me find what I was looking for but next time, try and be a little more positive and friendly. I like the display where you could play Nintendo switch to test it out before purchasing but I would like to see the same for the Oculus Quest 2 vr headset and the ps5 and Xbox x devices. The washroom and store were very clean but I couldn't help but wonder what's with the 10 or so staff members all hanging out at the front check out tills. All the employees were at rhe very front and not around the store helping customers.

I wish I could a negative star review. I will never shop at the Prince Albert Best Buy location ever again. Ordered a tv in store on Nov 8, was promised in store on Nov 10th. Checked in on Nov 10, tv was still not in store.Went thru the weekend and came in on Nov 15. I saw that there was 10 of the same TVs now in stock infront of the display. When I asked the guy at the customer service he told me the tv had arrived on Nov 10 and asked if anyone had called me. I replied that no I had not recieved a call. Upon further checking my tv was in fact not in the store yet. I asked if I could take one of the floor models. The answer was no. I asked for a full refund... the answer was again no.....I gave up and left in frustration. Still dont have my tv. Since when is it store policy to hold onto the customers money and leave them wishing to never come back?

Would highly recommend not visiting this Best Buy. The workers are not polite or reasonable. Bought an item and not even 15 minutes later I couldn’t return it.. not impressed at all.

I ordered blink cameras with bestbuy guy at prince albert 1 box and there a hidden promotion going on and i want that they didn’t ordered that and now the manager said they will refund me but no for 9 days and i told him look im not making money here i just want the camera. And he want me to go back for the refund and i came there they said they cant refund me. This store i dont recommend.

Bought range oven , never got call when in , I had to call them 2 days after delivery date ,, go pick up guy drops it off side of dolly .. says oh its fine ,, leaves box beside truck n takes off , my son and I look ateachother and say , I guess we load ourselves , no help no nothing, place I pathetic , along with employees

My aunt and I had an amazing experience due to the customer service at the Prince Albert location. The cashier wearing BLM bracelets and the handsome young native man answered all of our questions and made us feel incredibly welcome. Would drive to PA just to see these two. 1000/10
