They don’t answer phones and won’t cash cheques without a hold for no reason other than they've had people bring bad cheques.

Ordered cash there a week ago still haven't called me back said it would take a few days , James the teller is lazy and doesn't do his job very good , I'm sick of BMO in Prince albert they have really gone down hill will be switching everything over to the credit union
