I found a dress that I loved and they gave me some great suggestions on how I would love it even more.I ordered the dress and it arrived 7 months later, a decent amount of time before our wedding. Unfortunately the manufacturer messed up the dress. Jenn was on the phone right away phoning them to see what they could do. She was very helpful to make sure we could get my dress back to how it should’ve been.While the manufacturer/designer (Casablanca) was not easy to work with and did not provide good customer service, Jenn continued to try and see what else she could do for me.Very pleased with Uniques customer service, their response time and the way they handle the situation. I would highly recommend finding your dress at their store!”
