I had the best experience at Canada Post on Marquis Road today. I was experiencing difficulty getting apartment post office box keys and this young lady (didn't get her name) helped us very efficiently and friendly and successfully. I want to thank her so much for her help.

Gray short haired lady was very rude. Would not Verify My mailbox even though she was the one who set my account previous week. She said she needed pieces of mail from the mailbox I just opened

Store was supposed to be close by 6pm according to their website , I went there at 5:30 find out it was closed . Unprofessional.
