Doesn't matter what day / time I go, this worker always has a sign up and is on break. Waste of a Canada Post and waste of time. Will NOT be going to try again 3 times of not being able to drop a package off

For those sending packages, TAPE AT HOME! I wanted to send a package of product, which I put in a ziploc bag, back to Ontario and I guess no one taped the box shut. I didn't tape it as I bought the box in store; I didn't see the girl tape it, nor did I ensure that it had been closed and taped. I learned the hard way to ensure this is done either by myself or by the cashier before I leave, even if I feel rushed because of a big line. CP didn't take any responsibility unfortunately so I lost hundreds of dollars worth of product due to my own negligence sadly! All other times I've been there the people are friendly and helpful though!

I normally deal with a couple ladies with my parcel pickup, and they are great! But this time I had to come back after a sign being placed on the desk “back at 6pm” lunch break, to come back to Balzar on his cell phone talking to someone being the priority over me a customer!

Amazing experience at the Prince Albert Cornerstone office. Was trying to return an item from Amazon and the lady - Charla was so kind to even help me with the printing and labeling. She made sure I understood each aspect of pricing and documentation required to complete the procedure in an easy uncomplicated approach. Thanks Charla , great job

Suchika is such an exception. Her customer service is so nice. GET THAT LADY A RAISE!!!!!!!!!. Words are less how wonderful she is. My most faviourate thing about her is that she take care of our buisness like she herself is a customer. Politeee. Thanks suchika

We live in a time and an era when most postal services are either becoming obsolete or facing tough competition from private players. Therefore, a par excellence customer service is what will give an edge to any Organization, especially Canada post. Suchika who works at the Canada post - Shoppers drug mart, cornerstone is setting exemplary benchmark in customer service. We couldn't pick our parcel for weeks and it was sent back to the sender, whom we couldn't track. She went out of her way to try and track it down and get back to us with a response. Her going that extra mile with a smile is a great testimony of her professionalism. Kudos to you Suchika for an exceptional level of commitment to customer service and kudos to the manager for hiring such a talent. Thank you.

Worst post office in pa. Went to send a package they wanted to try to charge me 60$ when I know for a fact I've sent the same package before for under 20$. They were training too and it was busy. Pretty sure the girl training had no idea what shes doing doesnt talk or ask you questions at all, your the one who should ask about everything. Try to send something thru Canada post you get screwed royally. Thanks so much Canada post really appreciated .
