The order pickup could be a little more clearly defined. We ended up walking all the way through checkout to get to Return & Exchanges so we could find out where the order pick up could be found. We then had to wait more the 30 minutes while they put the order of 2 items together. I had put the order in at 8:00 and it took untill 1:30 to put the 2 items together.

Yet another horrible experience at the Prince Albert Canadian Tire. When is corporate going to step in and fix this store? Asked three different employees where I could find 5 gal pails. One guy who I’m assuming spoke zero English shrugged his shoulders and walked away without saying anything. The next employee pulled out his phone and showed me the CT Website with a can of bug repellant and asked if that’s what I was looking for. The next lady said “I think they are somewhere at this end of the store” pointing to automotive parts and walked away from me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Used to be an institution in our city now is a complete disaster. My days of shopping there are officially done.

Sad to see this cherished institution in PA go downhill so much. The new management has ruined this store. Everything is a mess and so disorganized. The new cashier layout is rediculous. I ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I was very upset with getting lost in all the aisles of the store this afternoon and when I went to ask the blonde lady at Customer Service how I get to her desk. She had a smirk of a smile on her face as she told me how to get to her desk. Instead of going there to pay my Triangle Mastercard, I left the store more upset! ? Did she think I was blind and could not see her smirk & her smile laughing at my confusion? I have mobility issues and have a hard time getting around so do better blonde lady at the customer service desk! ?

Service and in store help has declined . No one knows where anything is located . This store was awesome before the change. So sad.

I deleted my original review. Unfortunately, Prince Albert Canadian Tire has not stood up to its name since the new owners have taken over. It has gone down so much. Honestly, they had big shoes to uphold. I hope one day they will grow to be a better store.

Worst store to shop at after the new owner took over.. so I went in to ask for a tether switch I told the guy at the parts desk that they had them in stock. But couldn’t find anything on the shelves. So he said let me check the back he comes back out with just a key I SAID NO I need the tether along with the switch. He said well we just sell the key I said bull crap you guy sell the switch and tether key together. Not one person knows anything there.and HOW ABOUT FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.sad we people have to take our business elsewhere.after the new owner sucks

This store used to be my GOTO place. Since the new owner has taken over the store is a complete mess. The staff have no idea where stock is or if they even have it. This is now a store I do not want to goto. I think I'll be doing my Canadian Tire shopping outside the city from now on.
Yup another automated reply to a bad review. Shows how much they care. Pretty sad...
