Went to buy 2 slushes today, total came up to almost $10, usually when we go there for the biggest size of slush, it never comes up to more than $6, today I got a size smaller than usual, and my son got a froster which is posted for only $1 more than if it were just a slush… noticed the cashier added items I didn’t get on to my bill, when I asked about it he gave me some speel about how it was a promotion and it was just showing the price if I were to purchase, argued with me about it & then proceeded to print my receipt to show me the items weren’t added, just to see that they were in fact added… he gave me $1 back for $4 tictacs that I never purchased… I hope he finds my $4 useful, he must have really needed it to be trying to scam loyal customers… sad to think of how many other customers got ripped off today, or any other day for that matter.. times are tough as it is… get better employees who don’t try to steal from their customers!!!

Theres puke or soup or something at the entrance. Ice cream machine gardly works and the slush area is so dirty with garbage and residues. You know how much i have to dislike a place to put in the effort to make a review???

Staff not friendly at all, clearly didn't want to be there. Only spoke to customer if they said something, otherwise they were on talking on their headphones to someone not their customer.

Not open 24hrs a day. Everytime I come here it is locked. Cashier is doing something else. I get told to come back later. Another big company that cares nothing for its customers. Just a waste of time. They should hire staff that can do more than one thing at a time.

Staff at night are terrible. Just go to 7 11 it's a waste of time as the doors are always locked and cashier is too busy on his phone.

The only store I've known to shut off the fountain drink machine multiple time a day, quit being cheap you guys! 711 is the place to go.

I showed up to Circle K to get a drink and was shooed away by the employee standing outside talking to his friend in the parking lot. He yelled at me saying that he's on break, so I asked when his break is over and he ignored me and started talking to his friend more. At the same time a couple were about to grab the door handle and he once again yelled saying he's on break, the couple walked to the store and were freezing as it was -8'C outside. The employees behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
