Staff hides products for friends, had boxes of product I wanted on the cart but the staff took it to the back and said I was not able to purchase. Dollarama went into the back and brought product out for me. Went back another day and was still told no. I decided not to make a purchase after being told no.

I walked in there and the first thing I saw was Jean from genshin impact hitting the dab! Crazy stuff man. I tried to leave but the doors disappeared and this woman appeared and gave me a coffee. Worst coffee I ever had! Tasted like hot chocolate! And not the good kind.Anyway, once I left, all I could hear was two Japanese anime characters arguing. I don't understand Japanese but I think think it was about dollar tree management.

Poor management. This morning I watched all the staff wait outside the store and it was -24 out. The doors were still locked at 9:15 and they are supposed to open at 9am. The poor staff was just freezing waiting for whoever the manager is. You should be on time for work especially when it’s this cold and your staff is waiting for you!!!!! She finally showed up at 9:17am after making her staff wait outside in the freezing cold
