“I was happy with service I received yesterday/ wasn’t happy that Roger’s Shaw had shut me down and I will be talking to them about it/ they should have told me they were doing for a short time not 4 or 5 days / whatever the problem it should be looked into by Roger’s and technician so it does not keep happening / it is beyond my knowledge of technical things to understand it or even fix it myself / thanks to Chris because he took the time to get me up and running / even tho it made his day back up/ shouldn’t have happened”
