Very poor service.. i just got missed delivery note in the door but never got any call from the delivery man.. I ordered mattress from walmart so that they can do delivery becoz I don't have car to go to bring it. But the worst part is I have to go to pickup my stuff in staples which is near the walmart in same plaza. Oh my god plz try to improve your service and look after the problems and try to resolve it🤬🤬🤬

Worst experience with fedex they left the tag sorry we missed you but the driver never even tried to contact me when he reached the building if he had given me the call once i would have picked it right away because i was at home but he just choose put the tag and drove away in so much rush. I would have given 0 rating never using fedex again

1 star is to WAAYYYYY!!! To good. They need to make a negative start selection for this POS company avoid fed ex at all costs leaving slips saying attempted delivery cause they lazy useless drivers are bums haven't work a hard day in their lives

This is the worst shipping experience of my life. I have never had packages with FedEx before so this is the first time and i have never been more angry. First i was called to come pick my package or it will be sent back...got there the package haven't even arrived. Then i went the next day but they couldn't track my package. Called the main office but the tracking number given to me was not even correct. They said they can't track it with my name or address either. I had this back and forth with the staffs about who or where my package was. Literally i have never been more disappointed before.

Shipments never arrive when they say they will, and if you phone to speak to the workers they don't even bother to look into it, making something up to get you off the phone. This last horrible experience they told us they couldn't deliver that day, expect it tomorrow morning, then left it on our business doorstep, after it was closed and the package was opened and contents stolen.

Poor service. I am expecting a parcel which was scheduled to be delivered two days back, and till now, I have no clue, when will they deliver. Waiting on their mercy. You can't use FedEx services if you want to send important things in time. ?

Got calls and texts saying my shipment was in Tuesday. I go there Thursday and it wasn't even there. It just got picked up in Saskatoon to be delivered today. Worst experience as I live 20 minutes out of Prince Albert. Waste of time. Smh

Usually good service but the last 'Hello Fresh' shipment was taken to the wrong address. FedEx insisted the package was delivered and if it wasn't for my cameras confirming the package was NOT delivered, I would have been charged for it. FedEx is usually the most expensive way to ship so expectations are high and unfortunately not lived up to today.

Delivery is never delivered rightThe last guy was the worse he put a parcel leaning against a treeI couldn't bring it in because just had surgery and can't lift or go down the steps on my deckHonestly this has happened more then once and they never ring the doorbell to let us know about the deliverySo now I hope nobody steals my parcel until my husband gets home .TERRIBLE SERVICE
